Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We want you to have enough time to experience HAYUNA for yourself. That’s why our Eyelash Growth Serum is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order at hey@hayuna-cosmetics.com.

For orders containing multiple serums, one serum may be opened and used as part of your trial. Any additional serums must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We may ask you to return any unopened products before your refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is an additional commercial guarantee and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your product is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are not limited by our 14-day return policy or our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned under our standard 14-day return policy.

However, one opened HAYUNA Eyelash Growth Serum may still qualify under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions described above.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, this right may no longer apply once the seal has been broken.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected any products that need to be returned and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
