We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible unopened and unused products.
To qualify for a standard return, products must meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

Our voluntary return policy does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
HAYUNA Eyelash Growth Serum is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions described in our Return Policy.
For orders containing multiple serums, one serum may be opened and used as part of the trial. Any additional serums must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a refund under our voluntary 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
We may require unopened products to be returned before processing a refund under this guarantee.
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is an additional voluntary guarantee and does not replace, restrict or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These statutory rights exist independently of our 14-day return policy and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to remedies including a repair, replacement, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances and nature of the problem. HAYUNA will comply with its obligations under applicable consumer law.
The ACCC confirms that these statutory consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed through a store's terms and conditions or warranty.

You are responsible for following the instructions and warnings provided with our products and on our website.
Our cosmetic products are intended to be used only as directed.
Discontinue use if you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
